By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service

Rienzi Technologies provides various cloud-based and consultancy solutions.

2. Payments & Billing

Consultancy is billed monthly in arrears.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
No refunds after the first 14 days
Overages (extra users, storage) are billed automatically

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use our products only for lawful purposes
Keep your account credentials confidential
Ensure all data entered complies with International and local alcohol regulations

4. Uptime & Support

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime (excluding planned maintenance). Professional & Enterprise plans include priority email support. Support contracts are available.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

You will have 30 days to export your data
All data will be permanently deleted after 90 days
Charges may apply for Exporting large datasets

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rienzi total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
